Just prior to joining DMA in 2003, Ralph Calder & Associates completed the 20,000-sq.ft. Delia Koo International Academic Center--an addition of a third floor to the firm's 1963 International Center to house the International Studies and Program Department offices. This project also included a significant mechanical addition and renovation of the HVAC system for the existing 120,000 square foot facility. To meet the University's operations goals, the International Center remained occupied during the construction and renovation process.
